Failure to abide by policies or laws may bring disciplinary action, including termination.

Open door policy

Employees are obligated to report known violations of procedure or law. Our open-door policy offers protection from retaliation when a real infraction or any good-faith concern is reported.

Failure to report infractions or violations of our policies or laws may bring disciplinary action, including termination.

Reporting a problem

In resolving problems, Shore Health Services advocates the Decision Tree process.

First, look to policies and laws for help resolving the issue. Or just talk to someone. Start with your supervisor or another member of management. If that doesn't help, go to your supervisor's vice president. Next you can try Human Resources.

You may also contact Compliance Officer Sharon Angle at 414-8665, sangle@shs-inc.org. This may be the final step in your Decision Tree process, or you may call Sharon first if your question is regulatory in nature.
